Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you create an OfferFlow account we collect your email, the business profile you enter (name, industry, location, services, offers, brand voice), and usage telemetry needed to run the product. Campaigns you generate, funnel pages you publish, and leads submitted through those funnels are stored on our behalf in Lovable Cloud.

2. Leads submitted through your funnels

When a visitor fills out a lead form on a funnel you published, the lead belongs to you. OfferFlow stores it so you can see it in your dashboard and export it. We do not sell, rent, or share leads with third parties.

3. Analytics and tracking

We record page views, scroll depth, CTA clicks, and form submissions on your published funnels so we can attribute conversions. If you connect Google Analytics or a Meta Pixel, those platforms also receive events per their own policies.

4. AI generation

Campaign copy and images are generated by Lovable AI Gateway using the business context you provide. Prompts and outputs are processed to render your campaign and may be used internally to improve OfferFlow's seasonal recommendations. We never publish your business details to other tenants.

5. Data deletion

You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@offerflowpro.com. We will remove your business profile, generated campaigns, and collected leads within 30 days.

6. Beta caveats

OfferFlow is in public beta. Features change frequently and downtime can happen. Do not use OfferFlow as the sole system of record for regulated data (medical, financial, protected health information). For dental campaigns, do not collect medical history through funnel forms.
