Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026 · Public beta
1. The beta deal
OfferFlow is free to use during public beta. There is no paid plan. In exchange, you accept that features may change, break, or disappear, and that we do not guarantee uptime, campaign performance, or lead volume.
2. Your content
You own your business information, the campaigns you approve, and the funnels you publish. You grant OfferFlow the license needed to store, render, and serve that content on your behalf.
3. AI-generated content — your responsibility
OfferFlow uses AI to draft campaign copy, offers, images, and landing pages. You are the publisher. Before you click "Publish", you must confirm that every price, discount, expiration date, warranty, service interval, savings claim, and customer result in the campaign is accurate and authorized for the business you represent. Do not publish fabricated case studies or dollar figures you cannot document.
4. Acceptable use
- No misleading medical, dental, or financial claims.
- No campaigns for businesses you don't own or represent.
- No collecting protected health information through funnel forms.
- No spam, deceptive practices, or violations of Google/Meta ad policies.
- Comply with your local consumer-protection, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and privacy laws.
5. Advertising accounts
OfferFlow generates ad creative and publishes landing funnels. It does not currently push campaigns into Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Microsoft Ads on your behalf. You launch and manage those ad accounts yourself.
6. Termination
You can cancel any time — delete your account by emailing us. We can suspend accounts that violate acceptable use. On termination, published funnels stop resolving.
7. No warranty
OfferFlow is provided "as is" during beta. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for lost profits, lost leads, or ad spend attributed to campaigns generated in the product.
